30-Day Hassle-Free Replacement

If your product develops any manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will replace it with a brand-new unit completely free of charge.

✓ Conditions for Replacement

  • The issue must be a genuine technical or manufacturing defect (e.g., motor not starting, speed control failure).
  • The product must be returned with its original product packaging, box, and all included accessories (chopper, whisk, beaker).

🚨 CRITICAL NOTE — VOID CONDITIONS

Any kind of Physical Damage (such as cracks from accidental drops, scratches, broken parts, or blunt force impact) or Water/Liquid Damage (such as water entering inside the main motor body due to improper washing or submersion) will STRICTLY VOID this replacement policy. No replacement claims will be accepted under these conditions.

1-Year Official Service Warranty

⚙️ Motor & Electronics

Following the first 30 days, your product is protected by our 1-Year Service Warranty for the core components. If the powerful 1200W motor or internal circuit experiences any operational issues under normal household usage, our technical team will repair or service it free of charge.

✅ What is Covered

  • Internal motor failure or burnouts due to normal operational wear.
  • Internal electrical connection or switch faults.

🚫 What is NOT Covered

  • Physical Damage: Broken housings, cracked buttons, severed cords, drops, or accidents.
  • Water & Moisture Damage: Rust or motor short-circuit from washing the motor unit or spilling liquids into vents.
  • External plastic or metal parts, blades, jars, and physical accessories.
  • Damage from voltage fluctuations, power surges, or faulty sockets.
  • Any unauthorized repair attempts or tampering with internal motor seals.
ℹ️ Note: Only the detachable blades and attachments are washable; the main black motor handle must never be submerged or exposed to water.

Inspection & Resolution

Our team will guide you on how to send the product to our central service center in Dhaka. Once received, our technical team will inspect the item. If no physical or water damage is found, we will repair or replace it within 3 to 7 working days.
